It's very rare that you will find many home designed in this fashion. I would like you to take a moment and imagine the ceiling cut off at the roof line. If the ceiling were cut off at the roof line this room would seem like a normal size, but with that ridiculously high ceiling this room seems super huge. I love the 3 entrances to the dining room via the 3 arches, and the large arched window.

Exterior Home Design

There is a lot going on with the exterior design of this modern home. There are many exits to the outside from the front including a balcony with french doors, a two car garage, a main entrance to the front, and a separate entrance to the side. There's a large glass window on the corner of the house that lets in a lot of natural light, and a nice little nook on the ground floor used for outdoor space that is enclosed. 

State Of The Art Formal Kitchen

This formal kitchen has two islands, plenty of granite counter top space for prepping. It has state of the art stainless steel appliances, an open floor concept, and beautiful hard wood floors.

Masterful Luxurious Bedroom

My oh my it's like staying in the presidential suite, forever! This spacious luxurious master bedroom is fit for a king and a queen. High ceilings to accommodate that masterful chandelier, a nice computer area, plenty of seating, and a marvelous color scheme. Windows for walls on 3 sides, this master bedroom was well though out, and is perfect!

So Much Space

This master bedroom is beautifully designed. It has an old fashioned look but yet very clean. It's very spacious and I love the large windows. The fireplace really owns it's space and the ceiling is just remarkable. The hardwood floors match well with the walls, and everything from the throw rugs, the dated furniture, the blotted paint on the walls all work very well together.

Open Ceiling Living Room

If you ever have the chance to design the living area of your home on the top floor go with a open ceiling concept if it's in your budget. It really opens the place up and makes it look a lot bigger. I love the lazy boy couch and the long skinny table in front of that large window. This space has a lot of natural light to help you save energy during the day time.

Apartment Living Room Design

I love how this apartment was designed. That wrap around couch fits the space perfectly and can sit a lot of people for the big game, or a good movie. I love how much natural light the room gets with those doors leading out to the balcony, and the semi open concept to the dining room area is nice as well. I also love the lights inside the crown molding.

Traditional Master Bathroom

I absolutely love this traditional bathroom idea. The cabinetry is beautiful, the chandelier is elegant, the tub is huge, you could soak it up for a while in there with that large window to look out of. The his and hers sinks look very functional and the arched ceiling is pretty cool as well.

A Home Away From Home For Your Guests

This is a beautifully designed space. I love the hardwood floors, the eating area, it has a fridge, a sink, and a couple of burners to cook some food. It has plenty of large windows to let in the natural light, and it has a nice comfortable bed. The plants are a nice touch and the ceiling has a unique design. This space offers everything for guests who plan to stay a while.

Garage Man Cave

Home designing is full of tough decisions. Ask yourself what do you really need to make you more comfortable. What space can be considered almost useless. What's more important to you. If you have room in your driveway and in front of your home, alarms on your vehicles, and need some extra living space. Why not turn your garage into a much more useful man cave, something you can use everyday. Put a nice coat of wax on your cars and they'll be fine!

Bookshelf Design

This is a nice space with plenty of natural light. It can be used as a lounge area / home library or you can use it for your home office. The only thing I would have done differently is add some decorative trim around the bookshelf, the columns and the shelves to really make the bookshelf pop.

This bathroom has a beautiful design. The mahogany cabinets and the mahogany base of the tub matches well with the tile. The chandelier is elegant and I love the huge window above the bath. Two large mirrors are perfect for his and hers and the crown molding add a nice finishing touch.

Cozy Master Bedroom

The master bedroom looks so clean and cozy. The marble floors are the perfect color to match the bage furnishings and the brick wall. There's plenty of space all around and even more space is added with the balcony leading outside, it's like the outside becomes a part of your room.

Contemporary Kitchen Idea

I like the fact that this contemporary kitchen design has two islands. One for eating, drinking, and "chillin", and one for prep work. As we all know kitchens have become a space for entertaining, in this kitchen you can be prepping and cooking while entertaining your guests. There is plenty of lighting in this kitchen, they even have lights on dimmers. They went with granite for the prep island and wood for the counter top at the seating area. The hard wood floors match well with both.

Big Things Come In Small Packages

This small living room remodel is perfect for a couple or someone living on their own. It brings in some nice natural light from the window and door leading outside. The furniture is comfortable, and unique and the stone wall is fitted well with crown molding. Those are nice light drapes that cover the window so no one can look in while still allowing natural light to seep through, and the rug fits the space perfectly. The color scheme is warm and the light fixtures add a nice touch.

Basement Media Rood

This type of media room is on my must have list. The setup of the couches really unify's the space, there's enough couch space for lots of people to be comfortable while they watch the big game or if it's a movie night. Notice the projector on the ceiling. The lights are on a dimmer to set the mood for movie time, and while this space is quite simple it has it's flare with the brick columns, the black out ceiling, and the crown molding.

A Modern Living Room

This living room design is super modern. The small trees bring in that earthiness but the trees are actually outside, there divided by a very transparent glass, careful not to walk into it. The entertainment system with cabinets look Italian, I may be wrong, but in any event there gorgeous. This room brings in plenty of natural light, and is very spacious. Personally I would like a bigger t.v.

I Love What You've Done With The Place

I love the brown stain they used for the cabinetry. I'm not for sure but it looks like it could be a red mahogany, or maybe a dark walnut. In any event it goes good with very light grayish tile. There's a lot of space around that island and I like how the counter tops match the floor. A door to the outside works well and 3 small conventional stoves? Really, must be a baker in the family.

The set up of this living room is perfect. The lighting is amazing, the space is adequate, and the color scheme is wonderful. I love the mix with the walls, especially behind the t.v. Those couches look very comfortable and they're pretty stylish. Hardwood floors are always the best option.

Spacious Kitchen

This elegant kitchen is very spacious, it's great for family events, thanksgiving, christmas, and easter. The door leads outside to the pool area on 5 acres of land, where shooting fireworks on the 4th of July and taking a dip in the pool for your kids birthday party is fun and enjoyable for the whole family.

This bathroom design is very elegant and modern. I especially like the platform where the bathtub and shower are. That tub is spectacular, and the faucet is stylish. There is a place to sit in the shower, for after you cleaned up but wish to relax in deep thought as the hot water hits your body. And when you get out and dry off, there's more relaxation with that beautiful sofa. The vanity is large and sits on easy closing cabinets with a brown color that matches well with the beautifully stained hardwood floors.

Home Design For The Kitchen

This kitchen is a wonderful home design for the kitchen. I love the seating at the island it's enough for a family of four to sit and have dinner and you can save your dining room for special occasions. The windows over the sink gives you a beautiful view while your doing the dishes, or cleaning some vegetables. The chandeliers above the island are gorgeous. Not really into the pink but that can be easily changed.

This master bedroom has been renovated with an addition added to turn it into a suite. It now has 3 nice sized areas with almost everything you need to have a getaway in your own home. The space is an open concept, fall asleep on the bed, then wake up to a nice bath while watching t.v., dry off and relax in the sitting area with a nice book or your laptop.

Get The Most Out Of Your Space

The throw rug is just enough rug to allow the nice floor to be the highlight.
